Five Liverpool FC America Teams invited to the Dallas International Girls Cup.

Five Liverpool FC America team will participate in this years Dallas International Girl Cup.  The Dallas International Cup will begin on April 1, with the finals being played on the 5th.  The Dallas International Girls Cup offers world class competition at all levels. Many of the world’s premier clubs will compete in the tournament. Invitations will go out to the top clubs in the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America and Asia to apply and compete.  

The Liverpool 98 Girls Fowler and 02 Girls Thompson coached by Jimmy Fagen, 98 Girls coached by Matt Veasey, 99 Girls coached by Amos Finger and the 03 Girls Elite coached by Lee Weddell will join the 90 of the most competitive team from around the world.

  • More than 90 of the most competitive girls teams from all around the world.
  • Age categories for U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and U17.
  • Top international teams from all over the world are invited. Top teams from Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Australia, England and Canada have participated!
  • 60% of participating teams in 2014 were ECNL or international teams.
  • Over 100 college coaches in the U.S. in attendance representing over 85 universities nationwide.
  • Spectacular international opening ceremony with national anthems, fair play oath and special guest speakers (Anson Dorrance, former US Women's National Team Coach and current head coach at UNC, was the 2014 featured guest).
  • International team managers and coaches reception with food and drinks.
  • Tournament dance party for the players with a typical Texas night of entertainment and line dancing instructors as well as a DJ.
  • The winners of each age category receive a trophy as well as a travel certificate towards a trip to the Gothia Cup in Sweden and the Dana Cup in Denmark.
