The U18 boys, head coached by Chris Fresco last fall, are currently in their final high school soccer seasons. Midfielder/forward Spencer Hancock has committed to Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina and is finishing his senior high school year at Batesburg-Leesville. Midfielder Carter Collins has committed to Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina and playing his final high school season for Providence Athletic Club. Defenders Zach Akers and Dallas Spires have committed to USC Lancaster in Lancaster, South Carolina and are both in their senior years at Gilbert High School.

Liverpool 96 Girls Shankly, head coach Robert Hunter last fall, also had college commits in Taylor Wise and Alyssa Melton.  They have committed their college soccer career to Columbia College in Columbia, SC.

A number of other players from the Liverpool 96 Boys Smith team are in talks with other colleges. Forward Stephen Grider and midfielder Victor Veloz are on the verge of committing to college programs as well. Liverpool FCA would like to thank the players for their quality and loyalty to the club for the past several years. We also wish them success and enjoyment in their final high school soccer season. Good luck!
