South Texas Announces Organizational Changes

On behalf of Liverpool FC America I want to share with you some exciting developments.  As our club continues to grow and build so does our organization and to properly guide and accommodate the growth, in the right way, we are pleased to announce the following organizational structure.

Tom Blencoe, who has served as the Temple/Belton/Killeen (TBK) director has been named the Director of Coaching for our South Texas Region.  In this capacity Tom will have responsibility for our clubs success in this key growth area of south Texas and will oversee operational and developmental goals for our southern region.

Reporting to Tom will be one of our newest and brightest folks in our organization, Mr. Thomas Shenton.  Thomas joined LFCA this year as the Director of LFCA Southeastern Texas based out of Beaumont.  Thomas has done some great work building the club in that area, is a natural leader, and we look forward to his continued success in the Beaumont area as well as expanding the Liverpool brand into the surrounding areas. Working with Thomas, on the leadership team in this area, will be Orlando Cervantes as our Academy Director and Mikey Olabarrieta as our Girls Director.  We are also pleased to announce that Brittney Burdick has accepted the position of Regional Administrator.  In addition to the high quality coaches and leadership in place, the team is supported by BYSA and the surrounding community.  We are extremely excited about the potential for growth in this area as well as the surrounding communities including the greater Houston marketplace.

In the Austin market Gifton Noel-Williams and Patrick Miller will continue to divide Austin responsibilities with Gifton looking after the North Austin market and Patrick in the south.  Both of these very talented individuals have brought their years of experience and soccer wisdom to LFCA.  We believe they will guide our club to significant success as regional coordinators for their respective markets and will report in to Tom.

Chris Johnson (CJ) will continue in his capacity as Academy Manager for the Temple/Belton/Killeen area.  With the realigned roles and responsibilities of Gifton and Patrick looking after Austin, this will allow CJ to focus all of his energy on building the academy in this very specific and focused area.  We are hopeful to see our academy really take off under the direction of CJ.

I am also very pleased to announce that Mike Seiler has accepted the position of Girls Director for the TBK area.  In this new capacity Mike will help grow our girl’s side and insure that our girls program will receive the focus and energy it deserves.

Brandy Cox has been named to the position of South Texas Administrator for our southern region.  Brandy will oversee all administrative and commercial programs in the southern region and will work closely with Nancy Lane, as Director of Administration for our club as well as Brittney as the regional administrator for the Southeast area.  In addition Brandy will work closely with the rest of the support staff helping insure the right processes and procedures are in place to maximize success in South Texas.

Please join with me in congratulating this very able and talented group of men and women as we build Liverpool FC America in south Texas.  I know you share with me in wishing them all the best as we ask God’s blessing on each of them as we support them in their efforts.

Thank you
