Liverpool FC America coaches were invited to watch the first team training session from the observation deck at Melwood.  After the session the first team Manager, Brendan Rodgers, as he walked off the field, acknowledged the American Coaching Staff and asked them to join him in his office.  This amazing experience was truly and honor and very humbling for the LFCA staff and they learned and listened to the philosophy that Brendan Rodgers believes in when training the Liverpool First Team.  "Three days before a really important match,... for him to invite us into his office was truly an honor," remarked Jimmy Melia, former Liverpool player.
