LFCA Central Texas would like to take this time to welcome Chris Johnson (CJ) to Liverpool FC America. Chris has agreed to become our new Full time Reds Academy Director and staff coach for the Fall-Spring 2013-2014 year. He is a native of Liverpool England and has worked in their youth programs locally in the UK and across the globe. Chris has a wide range of coaching licenses and experience and will truly offer us so much on the Academy and select side moving forward. He understands what it means to play, work and be a part of the Liverpool Family and will help guide and educate or players in "the Liverpool way" he is also well educated in the college recruitment process here in the States and will be able offer so much to our College placement programs with his contacts and knowledge. Chris will coach 4 select teams in the fall but along with myself will work with all our athletes and teams throughout the seasons ahead. Being a part of one of the biggest soccer clubs on the planet, our coaches must reflect this so it makes me proud to see our staff evolve in this way, all coaches will go through new staff training in the summer months so they can be up to date with our coaching methods and techniques.
