LIVERPOOL FC AMERICA ACADEMY KICKS INTO HIGH GEAR WITH PROGRAMS AND EVENTS FOR SPRING
     

The Liverpool Reds Academy kicks off the 2013 spring season with a wonderful marquee lineup of events and programs designed to infuse excellent technical development, challenging tactical understanding, dominant individual footwork and a competitive superiority into the young athlete’s game.   The Liverpool Reds Academy ushers in 2013 with two primary focus points; excellent player development and serious fun in all our programs.  To date, the Liverpool Reds Academy under the direction of Academy Director Lee Weddall has created the following programs and events for the 2013 season:

Liverpool Night at the SIDEKICKS- February 9

Liverpool Academy Open Skills- Each Friday evening beginning February 22^nd at Keller, KBC and Allen 6:30-7:30pm.  These skills are open to all academy players

Advanced Academy Goalkeeping Training at multiple locations- Unprecedented access to GK skills throughout the metro area, Liverpool FC America provides more keepers training, more keeper coaches and more availability for training than any other club in Texas.

Reds Academy School of Excellence-RASE-Starting on March 22, six sessions held at Five Star in The Colony and The Blue Sky Sports Center in Keller.  Started in 2011, The Reds Academy School of Excellence has become a part of the culture of the academy challenging athletes to further increase their developmental abilities by challenging themselves individually to master the skills at RASE.

Liverpool Academy “TABS” Spring Break Camp- Blue Sky Sports Center in The Colony and Keller, March 11-14 from 9:00-noon-  Extraordinary camp curriculum and development in these four days.  Registration is online at www.liverpoolfcamerica.com click on “ONLINE REGISTRATION”

Also noteworthy are three exciting milestones to put on your calendar for the summer and ones that you won’t want to miss.

TRYOUTS- JULY 1& 2- GRADUATION CEREMONY-  Held at the Five Star Soccer Complex in The Colony, this amazing two day evening event ushers in the “new soccer year” and with it our newest select class of athletes, the 03 teams.  At tryouts, there is a “graduation ceremony” where the youngest athletes are presented their first “club t-shirt” as a symbol of the exciting club career ahead of each athlete.  Make sure you are here, and make sure you have your camera ready… this is a great moment in your player’s soccer life.

Hawaiian Falls- July 7^th – This is our “Signing Party” and one that has long been a player favorite for the club.  Liverpool FC America reserves the beautiful “Hawaiian Falls” waterpark in The Colony for a “LIVERPOOL ONLY” night of family fun!

CAMP KOP- Liverpool Trilogy - Part I – July 9, 10, 11 at the YMCA Adventure Camp in Anna Texas.  The U-11 teams spend 3 days and two nights experiencing and learning about the traditions of Liverpool and experience the passion and pride of what it means to be a part of Liverpool.  With canoeing, fishing, soccer, ropes course and more nestled into the beautiful rustic countryside, the team-bonding and team experience is unparalleled.
