LIVERPOOL PLAYERS NAMED TO NATIONAL TEAM CAMPS

Two Liverpool FC America players were named to the USYSA National Team Camps recently. Liverpool’s Ben Hale who plays with the 98 Boys Babel, coached by Wilco Ravestijn was selected to participate in the United States Youth Soccer Association U-15 Boys National Team Camp in California this week. This is a tremendous honor for any player to be chosen for this camp and to achieve the level of recognition Ben has worked so hard to achieve. Another keeper, Danni Greenlee who plays with Liverpool’s 98 Girls Elite team coached by Chris Pulpaneck was selected for the U-16 Women’s National team camp to be held in December. Danni’s determination to train, work and perform above and beyond standards of excellence is a tribute to her love of the game and the level of commitment she has shown to performance as an athlete as well as her dedication to her team.

From the national team camp of 36, more than half of the athletes from each camp roster will be asked to travel nationally as well as internationally representing the United States. Congratulations to both of these outstanding players for their courage and determination. Liverpool FC America, our staff, club and families are very proud to be represented by two great athletes.
