The agent of FC Dallas midfielder Brek Shea has admitted that a move to the Premier League is an "interesting option" as he continues to be linked with the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
A number of scouts from European clubs were believed in the stands to watch Shea in action for the USA in their 1-0 win over Honduras last week, including representatives from Liverpool and also Manchester City.
And according to agent Barry MacLean, the 21-year-old, who can play either as a winger or in a central role, could eventually move to England.
"I do know people are asking me about Brek as he is the premier talent in America," MacLean told Sky Sports.
"There is a real buzz around Brek as he is a real quality player. "He has a contract with the MLS and FC Dallas for another three years so at this point it is premature to talk about a move."
Despite playing down talk of an immediate move away from the MLS, MacLean admitted of a move to the Premiership: "It's on his radar.
"He is a young player with high aspirations and every player wants to play at the highest level.
"I think England would be an interesting option for Brek, but we will wait and see what happens.".
Bolton have previously been linked with the Texan.
