PRESS RELEASE

„My stadium is my castle“ – the new BVB cup kit

A tribute to the most beautiful stadium in the world

Herzogenaurach, Germany, August 1, 2019 – „My stadium is my castle“ – this is the slogan under which PUMA dedicates its cup kit for the new season to the “most beautiful stadium in the world”, the SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.

Inspired by the distinctive – originally yellow – braces of the “Dortmund Temple’s” roof structure, the jersey comes with a diamond-shaped black and grey pattern all over its top area. Only the yellow BVB emblem and yellow PUMA logo stick out from the black and grey background while the rest of the jersey is designed in classic BVB yellow. Commemorating the BVB’s 110th birthday on December 19th, there is a “110 years – Forever Borussia Dortmund” patch sewed on the neck area as well.

The jersey features PUMA’s dryCELL technology, a moisture-controlling technology that is incorporated into the material to draw sweat away from the skin to the surface, ensuring a dry interface on the body even during sportive peak performances.

The new cup kit is available from August 1 at PUMA stores, all BVB fan shops, sports retailers and puma.com.
